For the whole month of April I rallied all my family, friends, neighbors and businesses in our community to support our team through various fundraising events. Some of the events brought alot of awareness and support. Sadly, after the flurry of activity and donations, family and friends go back to there busy lives and we feel alone once again to deal with the day to day heartaches of autism. Thank you for such a great reminder that we are not alone and there are so many that are there supporting us, supporting little Sam and helping us in this journey... people like you. Thank you!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28229731.post-22513092340765122532008-04-26T22:57:00.000-04:002008-04-26T22:57:00.000-04:00well written! thanks.well written! thanks.Irenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01627475496963927680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28229731.post-3417141148488608442008-04-24T07:04:00.000-04:002008-04-24T07:04:00.000-04:00Great post. I think if people can gain a true understanding of autism, then hopefully things can get better for families dealing with the challenges related to it.Judith U.https://www.blogger.com/profile/17447469967193703208noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28229731.post-31019911979637607142008-04-23T14:15:00.000-04:002008-04-23T14:15:00.000-04:00My son is 18. It was too much. Some of the shows were good and some were terrible.

I think I liked the World Autism Day. It seemed to get the most attention.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
